ECMM Head Office Reopening as of June 1st

East Coast Mobile Medical is committed to providing a safe and healthy work environment for all their employees and clients. To achieve this post the Covid-19 pandemic, we all need to embrace the new normal as we return to work. We are pleased to start this process by reopening our head office and implementing our gradual return to full service. Please see below some of the measures we have put in place as part of our Operational Plan.

Operating Hours: Our Dartmouth head office will be operating Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. This means that you can once again contact us by phone.

Regular Cleanings: We have developed cleaning guidelines which include an increased the frequency of cleaning and measures that ensure that all common areas are cleaned with an approved disinfectant, and collection/medical rooms are to be cleaned before and after each appointment.

Gradual Return to Full-Service Offering: We are currently continuing to provide Drug and Alcohol testing, and will begin offering limited medical services, such as blood collection and medical assessments. Please contact our office for more information on the services you required.

Signage: When your employee arrives at one of our locations, they will notice signage at the front entrance with our requirements for visitors / employees to enter including, physical distancing (6 feet), PPE usage (non-medical mask) and to not enter if they are having any symptoms of Covid-19.

A Limited number of visitors/employees will be allowed in, for that reason, the front entrance may be locked and/or employees may be asked to wait in their vehicle.

Mask Requirement: Every employee scheduled for an appointment at one of our ECMM locations will be required to wear a non medical mask while on our premises. We ask that employees bring and wear their own masks for appointments. While some locations may have disposable masks onsite available for use, it is not guaranteed. Employees arriving at the collection site without a mask may require rescheduling.

PPE: Our staff, collectors and health professionals will be wearing appropriate PPE when interacting with clients, this includes: gloves, masks, face shields and/or eye protection.

Appointment Availability. We have a large network of collection sites in order to provide you service in convenient locations. This network includes third parties and contractors, some of whom have closed during this pandemic. Others have limited the services they are providing and/or the hours or days they are operating. For this reason, although we will work diligently to accommodate your appointment request on the date and at the location requested, it is possible that it may not be available. In that situation we will provide the best alternative available.
